Personal Information Handling Outsourcing Agreement
I agree as follows to the collection, use, and provision of personal information to third parties so that Gangneung Export Association (hereinafter “the Association”) can safely manage and use my personal information.

1. Purpose of collecting and using personal information
The Association aims to collect and use personal information for smooth service provision, membership management, and fulfillment of obligations under relevant laws and regulations.

2. Personal information items collected
• Name
• Date of birth
• Contact information (phone number and email address)
• Affiliation and position

3. Purpose of use of personal information
The Association uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
• Providing and managing the Association's services
• Delivery of announcements to members
• Sending the Association's business information and newsletters
• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Outsourced processing of personal data
The Association may entrust the processing of personal information to the following trustees in order to provide and operate services.

Entrusted person: Gangneung Export Association
‍Purpose of entrustment: Service operation support, system maintenance, data management and member information management
‍Period of retention and use: Until the end of the contract of entrustment

5. Period of retention and use of personal information
Your personal information will be retained and used from the date of consent until the end of the service. However, if required by relevant laws and regulations, it will be stored for the relevant period.

6. Right to refuse consent and disadvantages
I have the right to refuse the above consent. However, if consent is denied, there may be restrictions on the use of services provided by the Association.

7. Consent content
I have fully understood the above information and agree that my personal information will be outsourced.
